Shipping & Return Policy
YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON YOUR PACKAGE IN ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED.
You may return most new, undamaged items purchased through our online store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s) excluding the original shipping fee. If you have received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service directly for further assistance by emailing [email protected] or by filling out our contact form here.
If you were logged in when you placed your order, simply log in to your account to view the order and request your return. If you do not have an account and your order was placed as a guest, returns can still be requested using our Returns portal. You will need the Customer PO from your packing slip, as well as the email address you used to place your order.
We are unable to offer free returns at this time. If a return shipping label is requested, a $8.95 fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing Timeframe
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, it is likely you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Orders placed using Loyalty Points and/or Gift Cards will be refunded for the Loyalty Point Amount first, Gift Card Amounts second, and any Credit Amounts last.
- Any product that has been altered cannot be returned.
- Closeout or Clearance items purchased at a retail store are non-returnable.
- Items purchased from a retailer must be returned to the retailer they were purchased from within that retailer’s return or exchange time frame.
- Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable.
We are unable to provide exchanges at this time. You may return most new, undamaged items purchased through our website for a refund and then reorder in the correct size.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT SENT TO US WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Tampering with or altering the product will void the warranty. Any unauthorized service will void the warranty. The original sales receipt must be produced for any warranty service and a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service at [email protected] prior to returning the product.
Upon RA approval, we will provide you with our return shipping address and your RA number. We ask that you request tracking information for your return package, and hold onto your tracking number until your refund is received.
Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
We do not accept COD returns. Packages will be refused and sent back to the originator.
We will not refund the cost of a customer-purchased shipping label. Shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded/credited. Shipping Fees applied to addresses outside of the contiguous 48 states will NOT be refunded, credited, or waived for product Orders, Returns, Exchanges, or Warranty applications.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We can ship to virtually any address in the continental U.S., note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
